1. Acceptance
By using pure-flon.com, requesting a quote, or accepting a sample, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an RFQ.
2. What Pure-Flon offers
Pure-Flon is a B2B supplier of fluoropolymer tubing — PFA, PTFE, and ESD PFA — for semiconductor, medical, chemical, and industrial process lines. The site provides product information, quote intake, and a follow-up channel; it is not a direct e-commerce store.
3. Quotes & pricing
- Quotes are non-binding indications. The binding price, lead time, and terms are confirmed in the RFQ reply email.
- Pricing is in USD by default. Local currency invoicing (KRW, JPY, TWD, EUR) is available on request and subject to FX at invoice date.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in the reply, typically 14 days.
- Lead time begins when payment or PO confirmation is received.
4. Samples
- Samples are typically free for qualified B2B inquiries; shipping may be billed at cost.
- Sample acceptance does not bind either party to a future order.
- Samples are intended for evaluation only; resale or redistribution requires written consent.
5. Payment
- Production orders ship after payment is received via the channel agreed in the RFQ reply (wire transfer, Stripe checkout for sample-tier orders, or operator-confirmed alternative).
- Late payment may incur statutory interest at the rate permitted in your jurisdiction.
- Stripe handles card data on its PCI-compliant infrastructure. Pure-Flon does not store card numbers.
6. Documentation & compliance
Documentation scope (CoC, biocompatibility, food-grade letters, RoHS/REACH statements, ISO references) is reviewed per program. Pure-Flon does not assert blanket compliance with regulations not explicitly cited in the binding RFQ reply.
7. Disclaimers
The site, samples, and information are provided "as is." Pure-Flon does not warrant that any specific tubing is fit for your particular process; you remain responsible for validating fit, including chemical compatibility, temperature behavior, and regulatory requirements specific to your application.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure-Flon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the site, samples, or supplied tubing, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Pure-Flon's aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected order.
9. Intellectual property
Pure-Flon, the Pure-Flon logo, all product imagery, technical drawings, and site content are the property of Pure-Flon. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content without written consent, except for the purposes of evaluating an RFQ.
10. Termination
Pure-Flon may suspend or terminate access to the site or refuse to process an RFQ at its discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure, or violation of these terms.
11. Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Korea — without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local-law protections in the customer's jurisdiction.
12. Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the "Last reviewed" date and, where appropriate, notify active customers. The current version is always at pure-flon.com/terms.html.
