1. Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, Pure-Flon collects the information you provide voluntarily — typically: company name, contact name, business email, phone (optional), country, application context, and the technical specification of the tubing you are evaluating.
We also collect:
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for fraud prevention and debugging.
- Anonymous usage analytics through Google Analytics 4 (page views, referrer, navigation events).
- Cookies necessary for analytics and load balancing. We do not run ad re-targeting cookies.
2. How we use the information
- To respond to your RFQ within 1 business day.
- To follow up on samples, drawings, or technical clarifications tied to your inquiry.
- To improve product fit, content, and the catalog itself.
- To meet legal obligations (tax invoices, regulatory documentation).
3. Sharing with service providers
We share the minimum data necessary with the following service categories:
- Email delivery — transactional and follow-up emails (e.g., Resend or equivalent).
- Payment processing — Stripe for invoiced sample orders. We never store card numbers.
- Hosting & analytics — Vercel for site delivery, Google Analytics 4 for anonymized usage analytics.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks.
4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are based in the EEA, UK, or California you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@pure-flon.com with the subject line Data request. We respond within 30 days.
5. International transfers
Pure-Flon serves customers in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, the United States, and other regions. Data may therefore be processed in any of those jurisdictions. We rely on the legitimate interest basis for B2B contact data and on standard contractual clauses where required.
6. Outbound communications (Japan and Taiwan compliance)
Outbound emails sent from Pure-Flon comply with the Japanese Specified Commercial Email Act (特定電子メール法) and the Taiwanese Commercial Electronic Mail Management Act (商業電子郵件管理條例):
- Every promotional email shows our identity, postal address, and a working unsubscribe link.
- Suppression takes effect within 10 working days of unsubscribe — typically immediately.
- We do not contact personal email accounts in Japan or Taiwan; only addresses listed publicly for business purposes.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies for usage analytics (Google Analytics 4). You can disable cookies in your browser; the site remains functional without them. We do not use third-party advertising or re-targeting cookies.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS preload, modern security headers, and Stripe's PCI-compliant checkout for any paid items. We never receive or store card numbers.
9. Children
Pure-Flon is a B2B industrial tubing supplier and does not target or knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the "Last reviewed" date and, where appropriate, notify the contacts on file. The current version is always at pure-flon.com/privacy.html.
